How do you ship packages?

Packages to be delivered within the U.S. are shipped from our U.S. warehouse through our shipment company.

Packages to be delivered to other countries are shipped from our warehouse in China by CJPacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

*This doesn’t include our 1 day processing time for shipping within the U.S. and 2-5 days processing time for shipping to other locations.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, once your order is shipped you will receive an email that contains your tracking information.
